My Mother played the piano during her whole pregnancy. It must have rubbed off because I was performing Bach and Mozart from an early age, including a spot on a local Miami TV show when I was 5 years old. I had the good fortune to study with the former head of the Havana Conservatory and at Juilliard pre-college division. Later, I earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at Florida State University.
After raising a family as a single mom, I went on the road with a Top-40 band which enabled me to greatly broaden my musical horizons.
My repertoire includes Jazz Standards, The American Songbook, Light Rock, Bossa Nova, Country, Show Tunes, Ragtime and Classical.
I currently live in Jacksonville, Florida, and can be found regularly at my happy places, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club and Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, playing an eclectic mix of everyone’s favorites. You may also spot me at a party, wedding or local event as I am available for exclusive bookings.
